T-Shirt and Memory Quilts

Making your t-shirt/memory quilt with cut·Sew·Quilt is easy…

  1. Design, build and order – using the chart links below (click on the dimensions) to build your t-shirt/sports jersey or memory quilt by selecting fabric colors, quilt feature(s), stitch pattern – or contact me to place order.
  2. Send me your clean t-shirts, jerseys or other items, along with the order form and a $100 deposit.  Using layout form as a guide, mark shirts front/back and their respective position on quilt.  If you are uncertain of the layout, I can do it for you.

All quilts consist of:

  • 100% quality cotton sashing (fabric around the block), and/or corner blocks (small accent squares) – unless you decide otherwise.
  • Heat Bonded Pellon 911 Featherlight Interfacing/Stabilizer (prevents stretching and gives life to worn out/thin shirts).
  • 80/20 cotton/poly batting (durable and washable)
  • 100% cotton backing (fabric on back of quilt)
  • machine quilting (you choose stitch pattern*) for lasting strength

* Some patterns may cost more based on the complexity of the stitches and the amount of thread used.
* Puzzle style quilts, add $100 per size.
* Multiple shirts to create 1 square – additional $10 fee per square.
* One hour consultation time included in price for choosing fabrics/colors/layout. After that, $20/hour.
